Thank you to our PIPOA Community!

 

On Friday night, May 25th, our community spoke loud and clear.  The two bylaw amendments proposed by the ARCH Group passed with overwhelming support.

 

In early May, ballots were mailed to all 5,401 Property owners.  More than 1,500 ballots were returned.

 

Proposition 1 returned bylaw amending rights solely to the PIPOA Members.

Proposition 2 limited the reasons that the Board can remove a Board Member.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in this unprecedented event.  We especially want to that those of you who submitted an ARCH ballot.  Without your help, none of this would have been possible.

 

As promised, we have posted a listing of each ARCH ballot submitted to us.  All personally identifiable information has been redacted.  Those of you who submitted an ARCH ballot received a unique identifier that only you know.  You can use this identifier to find and verify that your ballot was submitted and voted as marked.  If you subsequently submitted a PIPOA ballot, that would have been the ballot used in the official tally.   Ballot Results
